Rajiv Beri has played a key role in the growth
of Indian publishing and authorship and in placing
Macmillan India among the global leaders in
typesetting services. He has been head of Macmillan
IPS’s publishing, information processing,
and electronic solutions businesses for a decade.
He was formerly Publishing Director of the company.
Rajiv is a law graduate, has professional qualifications
in personnel management from FMS, Delhi, and
has completed the Advanced Management Program
of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Executive
Director
Rajiv Seth has 31 years of business and technology
management experience. He has been an SBU Head
and Director with BPL India where he spent 16
years. He was Managing Director of Techbooks
Electronic Services (Delhi), Managing Director,
Inter Solution/Ezode Technologies, and his last
assignment was as President, Cyber Media India
Ltd.
Debasish
Banerjee
Technical
Director
Debasish Banerjee has been with Macmillan India
since 1995 and has been the Technical Director
since 2001. Prior to joining Macmillan, Deb
spent thirteen years with Monotype Corporation
where he was involved in design and development
of typesetting software, newspaper composition
systems and process equipment. Deb has a BSc
in physics, a B.Tech in Electronics and an M.Tech
in computer and control systems.
Ratan
Hastu
Senior
Vice President- Global Business Development
Ratan Hastu is responsible for global business
development and marketing operations. He has
over 22 year's of experience in high-tech marketing,
strategic business development, product management,
and delivery of offshore outsourcing solutions.
Prior to joining Macmillan, he held senior management
positions with global corporations, managing
existing customer relationships as well as new
business development and execution. His responsibilities
have included international launches of call
center product, setting up successful business
operations in US, Europe, the Middle East, and
the Far East through acquisitions and new company
startups. He also managed one of the earliest
outsourcing projects of Hewlett-Packard.
S.Chandrashaker
Chief Financial
Officer
Chandrashaker brings more
than 20 years of experience in the areas of
corporate finance, accounting and business planning.
Chandrashaker has been involved in start-ups,
joint ventures, business restructuring and M&A’s
at Macmillan. Enjoys reading and cricket.
Narendra
Kumar
Chief Technology
Officer
Narendra Kumar plays a
key role in designing workflow processes and
spearheads the implementation of new projects
and processes for the Macmillan book, journal,
and eData business divisions. He also leads
the Macmillan software development team, which
is responsible for leveraging technology initiatives
to create new and improved publishing solutions
for customers. Prior to joining Macmillan, Narendra
was Operations head at SPS (Spinger-Verlag associate
in India) and a member of the core team responsible
for setting up the SPS operations in India.
He has rich and varied experience of over 14
years in the publishing industry. He earned
engineering degree in computer science from
Bangalore University.
Ravi Luthra
Chief Operations
Officer
Ravi Luthra is responsible
for the overall management of journal production.
In this role, he provides leadership to a dedicated
and highly motivated team for delivering quality
and service for Macmillan's varied clientele.
Prior to joining Macmillan, Ravi held a senior
management position in prepress operations with
SR Nova and TechBooks. Ravi has more than 20
years of experience in operations and has a
solid background in process optimization, resource
utilization, and quality management systems.
Ravi has a master's degree in business administration
and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
from IEI, Kolkata.
Sanjiv Bhatnagar

Production
Sanjiv has 17 years of
experience in operations, and was VP Operations,
Tricom Document Management, and earlier was
General Manager in Apex CoVantage.
David Robertson
V.P. Sales
and Editorial, UK, and Europe
David joined Macmillan
31 years ago and embarked on a career in publishing.
After being Deputy Head of ELT, he joined our
southern African company as Sales Director.
Returning to the UK in 1987, David held posts
of Production Director for Macmillan Press,
Far East Production Director, and Publisher
for Directories before joining Macmillan India
in 1995.
Gautam Mukherjee

Gautam has 19 years of
diversified experience in managing finance,
strategy and profit centers. He has been VP
& CFO of CyberAstro Ltd., Head – Operations
& Finance of Basic Control System (P) Ltd.

Prosenjit Ganguly has over
20 years of high value experience, of which
13 years have been in the BPO sector. He was
AGM-HR at Sesa Seat Infosys Ltd, Head - HR Zensar
Technologies, VP-HR Hinduja TMT, and his last
assignment was as Head-People Capital for ANZ
OTSS.
Neeraj Malhotra

Neeraj heads books division
operations for over 8 years. Neeraj is responsible
for the 3 sub-units that make up the Book Division
of Macmillan at New Delhi, Bangalore and Chennai.
Neeraj holds an MBA in Marketing and International
Business from Baruch College, City University
of New York and Bachelors in Business administration
from University of Southern New Hampshire.
Raman Tiwari
Sr. Vice
President – Digital Services and Fulfillment
Raman Tiwari, as Sr. VP
of Operations, is responsible for all aspects
of operations of the company’s two fast-growing
SBUs – Digital Services and Fulfillment.
He is responsible for complete functioning and
activities related these divisions.
Raman, who joined us in July 2007, brings to
his position vital experience gained during
his stint with the ITES/BPO industry since 1995.
His overall experience is about 20 years. Prior
to joining MPS Raman was associated with companies
like Tata Motors, HOPE Consulting, Schlumberger,
Techbooks and Digital Publishing Solutions,
and has been a consultant-entrepreneur as well.
His innate flair for effective management and
enviable track record in successfully fulfilling
challenging assignments, brings to the company
the hindsight of valuable experience, blended
with the skill to strategize project planning
and development for the future.
Raman has a degree in Electronics & Telecommunications
Engineering from the Regional Engineering College,
Bhopal and a Masters in Business Administration
from the Indian Institute Of Management, Bangalore.

in September, 2005 with over 25 years of experience
in the IT industry covering areas like Quality
Process Development, Project Management, Operations,
and Business Development in reputed software
companies like Tata Consultancy Services, Birlasoft,
and Visualsoft Technologies.
Sumit Roy
Head of IT
Strategy
Sumit has 12 years of experience
in the Supply Chain IT area in the FMCG, Hi-Tech
and Logistics & Warehousing verticals. Before
joining Macmillan, Sumit has worked for Hewlett-Packard,
Procter & Gamble, BAX Global and Hindustan
Lever.
